The safety record for our company is second to none, with no reportable accidents on any of our projects to date following our safety first philosophy you can be sure that you are using a well managed and safety conscious company. All of our site staff are trained far in excess of the minimum requirements and our supervisors all have either a SMSTS or IOSH qualification. We have implemented a number of initiatives internally to promote this culture including: A comprehensive training policy, staff performance appraisal and management system, Health & Safety review board, internal quality circles plus internal suggestions for improvements.
